What a beautiful day it was- Green field-Blue water- Beautiful sky and Professional athletes practicing. I never thought of all the drills, sweat, day in and day out effort these athletes do, to be able to perform. How does this relate to us- and business and franchising…..? 

These athletes have the genetics, the skill, the drive to perform and they still have to practice.  As potential new franchisee’s it is important to consider that we would be just starting, in this franchise business. Practice day in and day out, doing the drills (work from the franchise-Standard Operating Procedure studies, learning the trade, learning customer service skills, acclimating to the culture of the franchise, - all of this is part of our job, as a franchisee. 

No matter how “good’ we are, the work to perform is so similar to the work a professional athlete has to do, to be able to play the game.

It is all worth it, to have the franchise business of your dreams, to enjoy the beautiful scenery of what we build and to be able to take a break from time to time to view our accomplishments. As a new franchisee, our training camp, will be intense, the startup phase, however-how exciting to be part of a franchise team, with the support, systems, and comradery that a franchise offers.
